The Process

The Process
Each client will be given a foundation of healthy joints and good posture. Then I will start targeting the areas of your body you want to see changes. I will instruct you to use all the most effective gym equipment.
Traditional strength training with weights to athletic HIIT style tool like kettle bells. I would treat this more like a college class with private instruction to make you an expert at lifting weights and getting in shape. I truly can train anyone. ANY AGE ANY BODY TYPE. I love making people laugh. I love watching my clients grow and become the best version of themselves.

What sets me apart as a personal trainer is my personal journey through depression, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges of starting something new. Over my 13 years of experience, I’ve developed effective strategies to help clients of all ages, from youth to seniors, build healthy mental habits and achieve consistency in their fitness routines. I’m passionate about the science of the body, focusing on eliminating nagging pains and strengthening key areas.
My approach is personal, fun, and challenging, tailored to each individual’s level. I take pride in helping people in San Diego fall in love with strength training and self-improvement.
I opened Protrainer Studio in 2013 to offer a unique and VIP experience, different from the crowded and impersonal gym environment I experienced during my six years at LA Fitness. My studio is custom-built with top-notch equipment, air conditioning, a water fountain, and music, all designed to create a comfortable and effective training space.
My goal is to help clients transform their attitudes towards hard work and obstacles, empowering them to be their best selves through exercise, nutrition, and strength training.
